Tina F. Marses, MS, CCC-SLP
Tina has been working in the field of Speech-Language Pathology for the past 20 years. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), and she is the recipient of four ACE Awards (Award for Continuing Education) from ASHA. After graduating from the University of Rhode Island with her Master’s degree, she worked in an acute rehabilitation setting with adults during the first part of her career. For the past 10 years, she has worked in a public school setting with preschool and elementary-aged children. By working with both adults and children, she has had many experiences treating various speech, language, communication, feeding, and swallowing disorders. She values the importance of a collaborative team approach, including the partnership of patients and families as integral members of the team. Tina is excited to bring her enthusiasm and passion to her private practice specializing in the evaluation and treatment of Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders. She is licensed by the states of Rhode Island and Virginia. She is also registered as an out-of-state telehealth provider for the state of Florida (https://flhealthsource.gov/telehealth/).
